Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State have formally presented Sen. Sharafadeen Alli as the party's governorship candidate to President Bola Tinubu, effectively ending months of speculations. The delegation was led by former Deputy Governor and Oyo APC Chairman, Chief Moses Adeyemo, alongside former Deputy Governor, Chief Iyiola Oladokun, and former Senator representing Oyo Central, Sen. Ayoade Adeseun. I recently had the profound honour of attending the celebration of life and burial party held in glorious memory of the late patriarch of the Oyebamiji family, who passed on to glory at the venerable age of 106. The exceptionally colourful event was held in honour of the father of our esteemed brother, Hon. Atiku Oyebamiji, the Chairman of the APC Oyo Central District.
