The administration of Adewolu Ladoja, Alao Akala and Ajimobi highlighted water availability in some areas of Ibadan as sacrosanct and of immense necessity .  Under Engr Seyi Makinde is an ugly situation of deteriorating and total neglect to water works Eleyele , Asejire dam which provided a profound solution to the water menace around Ibadan and its environs. GSM has prioritized a populist agenda over social amenities that would have benefited the masses.  The Governor should be reminded that only the rich can afford the exuberant cost of Bolehole.
