The first quality a person should possess in managing the  Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development is not paper qualifications but compassion and  feelings for humanity, empathy and sympathy.

Sadiya Umar Farouq, the former Minister of Humanitarian, Disaster Management and Social Development should go learn a great deal of compassion for humanity in that regard.

You can't render humanitarian services if you don't belief in humanity first and foremost.

The greatest legacy that President Buhari will perhaps, be remembered for, is the hope given to the Youth Constituency in Nigeria that without knowing anybody you can be somebody.

Npower scheme is a brilliant and liberal platform that has given opportunity of monthly stipends to the Nigerian youths through patriotic services  rendered  in their various communities without connection, religion or ethnic considerations.

By so doing, President Buhari is addressing the problem of unemployment which is bedeviling our country.

Npower batch A& B shouldn't be sent back to the street.

Sending them back to where they were picked will defeat the very purpose of addressing the problem of unemployment in Nigeria.

From Npower two years agreement in 2016 to a promise of enhancement in 2018 with hope of becoming Community Police Operatives in 2019 and disengagement in year 2020 is certainly not the best way to treat  able, qualified graduates and teaming youths.

 Closing doors of employment opportunities against qualified graduates and able youths, are sure ways  of  luring them to social verses, criminality, idleness, low self esteem and the rest.

Productive countries across the global community are those countries that are investing and engaging their youths in productive services.

To disengage 500 hundred thousand youths from national service during COVID 19 period was inhuman.
