Police Recruitment: FCC Aleshinloye Warns Against Low Turnout of Shortlisted Applicants


Federal Character Commission (FCC) Commissioner in Oyo State, Prince Ayodeji Abass Aleshinloye, has called on youths across the state to take full advantage of the ongoing Nigeria Police recruitment exercise and will end on the 18th of this month, particularly those who have applied, been shortlisted, and invited for screening.

This was disclosed during an interview with the journalists,He emphasized that it is crucial for eligible candidates to participate actively in the process, noting that failure to seize the opportunity could have long-term adverse effects on Oyo State’s representation.
 According to him, other regions of the country are already maximizing such opportunities, and Oyo youths must not be left behind.

Aleshinloye reiterated his continuous commitment to sensitizing citizens on the core principles of the Federal Character Commission, stressing that fairness, equity, and inclusiveness must be upheld so that no state or group is marginalized.

He concluded by affirming his resolve to ensure that opportunities meant for Oyo State are not missed, assuring that he will continue to advocate for the rightful representation of the state at the federal level.
