Oyo State Federal Character Commissioner, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, monitors Nigeria Police recruitment exercise in Oyo State

The Federal Character Commissioner representing Oyo State, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, has monitored the ongoing recruitment exercise of the Nigeria Police Force in Oyo State.
During the monitoring exercise, Prince Aleshinloye reiterated the mandate of the Federal Character Commission, which is to ensure fairness, equity, and balanced representation of all states,local governments,ward levels and ethnic groups in federal institutions and recruitment processes across the country.
He encouraged all applicants from Oyo State to conduct themselves responsibly throughout the exercise and remain good ambassadors of the state if eventually selected into the Nigeria Police Force that this will lead them to the apex in the police force. He also wished all the applicants success in the recruitment process and urged them to remain disciplined, law-abiding, and committed to serving the nation with integrity.
He also congratulated the Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Femi Haruna, on his well-deserved promotion as the Assistant Inspector General of Police.
Speaking during the exercise, the Team Leader of the recruitment exercise in Oyo State, Dr. Okedeji welcomed Prince Aleshinloye to the exercise, He stated that the recruitment process is transparent and strictly based on merit, physical fitness, and other required standards set by the Nigeria Police Force. He urged applicants to remain orderly and follow all guidelines provided by the officials handling the exercise.
Dr. Okedeji further assured that the exercise is being conducted in a fair and credible manner, encouraging applicants to give their best while maintaining discipline throughout the screening process.
