IBADAN NORTH FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY BYE ELECTION, I AM THE BEST MAN FOR THE JOB.....HON. ADEROGBA

A federal House of representatives aspirant from Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Aderogba Adebayo Taofik, mni, who is contesting on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has said that he is the best man for the job to complete the tenure in 2027 after the seat became vacant due to the demise of the occupant, Hon. Olaide Akinremi.

Aderogba stated this while featuring on Jamz 100.1 FM's current affairs programme, Periscope on Sunday.

Earlier, the presenter, Amb. Olayemi Afolabi has asked his guest why he should be considered for the job. Responding, Hon. Aderogba said " I have been around for a while, I am bringing my experience of private sector to public governance, I have been working for the part twenty years in private sector and I have been a state and national officer of Nigerian union of Foods and Beverages as a Comrade for the past 15 years.

I'm the immediate Deputy National President of the Union, a position of influence that have helped me to influenced jobs for my poeple in Ibadan North Federal Constituency since I have been holding union positions as an advocate of workers.So I have the requisite experience to bring governance closer to my people through law making".

Asked to talk about his efforts in his Community, Aderogba further said; I have helped several indigent students by paying their WAEC fees. I have also built water project in my local government.

On his relationship with party members and the leadership of the party. The hopeful lawmaker says " I have good relationship with our party members and the leadership of our great party. I believe they will invest in me by voting me to carry the party ticket.

If given the party ticket, how do you think you can dislodge opposition parties, be it PDP, LP etc,

" Thank you for this question Amb., I have a formidable network of friends across Ibadan North Federal Constituency from ward 1 to ward 12 and I believe very strongly if given the ticket, I will win the election for APC. More so, you know that we're the ruling party in Ibadan North Federal Constituency, it is just unfortunate we lost my brother, Hon. Akinremi who did fantastically well and I will continue to build on his good work.

Talking about his education, Hon. Aderogba posited that he graduated from the Polytechnic, Ibadan, University of Ibadan and University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
