SENATOR SARAFA ALI IS THE SENATE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN ON INEC.

Oyo South Senatorial District Senator, SARAFA ALI has emerged chairman senate committee on Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Senate President, Godswill Akpabio named him among newly constituted  committees  chairmen on Monday at the plenary.

Meanwhile, Oyo Central Senator, YUNUS AKINTUNDE was also named chairman on environment while Senator fatai Buhari of Oyo North Senatorial District emerged Chairman on Aviation.

Residents of communities in Ayegun-Oleyo as well as commuters in the Oluyole local government area can now finally heave sigh of relief as the lawmaker representing Oyo central senatorial district, Dr. Yunus Akintunde has finally facilitated the construction of the road. Tapping into solid network he has built over the years, Akintunde, before his election, had, together with his friends, decided to reconstruct a kilometer of the bad portion of the road. The Oyo-born politician who believes that  commuters within Ayegun, Oleyo, Odo Ona Elewe and others areas must experience new lease of life, had, for close to a year since he was inaugurated, lobbied to get the federal government construct the whole stretch of the road.
