ADC WILL SPONSOR PEOPLES ORIENTED BILLS, APC AS A POLITICAL PARTY IS NOT DIFFERENT FROM PDP..... Adetunji

African Democratic Congress, ADC, Candidate for Oyo South Senatorial District, Hon. Lukman Adeola Adetunji has described the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC and the major opposition party in Nigeria, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as birds of the same feather with no  distinction in philosophy and ideology, just as he advocates for Regional Government to accelerate development.
Lukman Adeola Adetunji express his views about governance and democracy in Nigeria while featuring on popular Raypower 95.1 FM's current affairs programme, tagged 'Politics Today' on Monday.

Earlier, the host of the programme, award winning broadcast Journalist, Olayemi Afolabi, has asked his guest, about what differentiate ADC from other political parties and Adetunji says "ADC is totally different from other political parties in innovation, welfarism and fresh ideas to propagate good governance unlike APC and PDP which are the same in ideological stance and political philosophy"

When further probed by Afolabi, if progressive is the same as conservative, ADC candidate for Oyo South Senatorial District responded thus: " those people that were in PDP before are now in APC while those that were in APC before now are dominating PDP today"

Commenting on his priority bills if elected into the senate, he said " I have what is called 'Vision' which is all about what I will be offering my people in Oyo South Senatorial District, and talking about bills that I will be sponsoring, top on the list are State Police, Community Policing Bill and ultimately Regional Government Bill which can boost genuine development as regions will be developing at their pace"

There are 109 senators, how do you intend to use your lobby skills if elected to scale these bills through? The Presenter asked, Responding Adetunji said, 
"my aim is to emerge as a minority leader, and once Almighty God permits it, the ruling party will know they are in trouble because where we are, cocoa house, is a product of regional government"
