Ibadan Added Another Radio Station.

Akorede Council Boss Inaugurates Radio Station.
 The political Head, Akorede Local  Council Development Area, LCDA, Hon. Ayoade Olatunde, has expressed his readiness to support efforts by individuals  or bodies aimed at developing and gener
ating employments for the teeming youths of the Council.
Hon. Olatunde, who stated this at the inauguration of a private Online Radio Station, Rock Stone Radio, expressed joy that the initiative would not only rub on human and economic life of his LCDA, but would equally be of immense value to that of Oyo State and Nigeria in general. 
The Council Boss commended the bold initiative of the owner of the Radio Station and called on other well meaning individuals and bodies to follow suit by bringing more developments to the locality.
He said the Rock Stone Radio, which is situated at IR 29, Muslim Grammar School  Road Ibadan, was highly equipped with modern day facilities with qualified personnel, would no doubt compete favourably well with over forty existing ones in the ancient city of Ibadan.
The Political Head particularly expressed surprise at the massive followership of the Radio Station within the period of six months of its existence. 

He commended the Chief Executive Officer, CEO off  the Rock Stone Radio, Mr Ayobami Oni, for "his great initiative and Nation building which stands to impact positively in generating employments,  develop and uplift the socio - economic life of the people"
The Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of the Radio Station, Mr. Ayobami Oni appreciated the Akorede Local Council Head/Administrator,his own wife and members of staff for their supports and assured that the Online Station would soon transform to a full fledged Broadcast Outfit as all equipments needed were ready.

Residents of communities in Ayegun-Oleyo as well as commuters in the Oluyole local government area can now finally heave sigh of relief as the lawmaker representing Oyo central senatorial district, Dr. Yunus Akintunde has finally facilitated the construction of the road. Tapping into solid network he has built over the years, Akintunde, before his election, had, together with his friends, decided to reconstruct a kilometer of the bad portion of the road.
