Early Life and Background

Hon. Comr. Ibrahim Usman Oladimeji was born on *24th January 1997 in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.* He was raised in *Apata, Ibadan,* where he developed strong values of discipline, community service, and leadership from an early age.

Growing up in a community-oriented environment shaped his passion for youth development and community progress. His early experiences in Apata and the surrounding communities influenced his commitment to empowering young people and promoting responsible leadership.

Educational Background

Hon. Comr. Ibrahim Usman Oladimeji began his academic journey at *Bibiire Nursery and Primary School,* where he obtained his primary education. He proceeded to *Bibiire International Comprehensive College* for his secondary education.

In pursuit of higher education, he attended the *Federal School of Statistics,* where he studied *Business Administration* and obtained an *Ordinary National Diploma (OND).*
He further advanced his studies at Federal Cooperative College, Eleyele, Ibadan, where he obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Cooperative Economics and Management, equipping him with strong knowledge in management, cooperative development, and community-based economic empowerment.

Residents of Owode Housing Estate, zone 4, Apata, Ibadan South West Local Government Area of Oyo State, on Friday, staged a peaceful and advocacy protest against undeveloped land measuring over four thousand plot of virgin lands and many abandoned houses, calling on Governor Seyi Makinde to take urgent step in addressing the problems. According to the protesters, evil people are using the avenue to perpetrate crimes against humanity.
