Human rights fighter, Barr. Femi Falana has threatened to take former military president, Ibrahim Babangida to court over June 12 saga. Femi Falana, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), has spoken after General Ibrahim Babangida expressed regret for annulling the June 12, 1993 presidential election. He mentioned that Babangida had accused him and other people who opposed the annulment of committing an offence at the time. Speaking in a video shared by Channels TV, Falana said Babangida deliberately had him arrested, detained, charged, and paraded as a criminal.
