YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT: SADIYA UMAR FAROUQ AND THE NPOWER SCHEME.

Image
NPOWER BENEFICIARIES AND SADIYA UMAR FARUK Afolabi Olayemi Olaniyi  "The hottest places in hell are reserved for those in time of moral crisis preserve their neutrality" John F. Kennedy The first quality a person should possess in managing the  Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development is not paper qualifications but compassion and  feelings for humanity, empathy and sympathy. Sadiya Umar Farouq, the former Minister of Humanitarian, Disaster Management and Social Development should go learn a great deal of compassion for humanity in that regard. You can't render humanitarian services if you don't belief in humanity first and foremost. The greatest legacy that President Buhari will perhaps, be remembered for, is the hope given to the Youth Constituency in Nigeria that without knowing anybody you can be somebody. Npower scheme is a brilliant and liberal platform that has given opportunity of monthly stipends to the Nigerian...

NIGER: MUHAMMED BAZOUM WAS TO FIRE PRESIDENTIAL GUARD BUT THE MILITARY WILL NOT GIVE HIM THAT CHANCE.

Image
By Dare Babarinsa THE GUARDIAN  03 August 2023    Niger Republic has nothing to offer Nigeria, but trouble. It is one of the largest countries in the world and one of the poorest. Recently, an ambitious commander of the presidential guard seized power, imprisoned the President and incited the population to riot against their own elected leaders. Good drama to enliven the lives of the ordinary people in Niamey who have really nothing to be excited about. The self-proclaimed strongman then dared Nigeria and the international community to interfere. The emboldened citizens ran to attack the French embassy, blaming the French and other Western powers for their country’s woes. Few months or years down the road, the handsome self-proclaimed strong man would be dead, exiled (if he is lucky) or imprisoned. In Niger, often there is no exit formula for the leader. Bad luck! President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should be worried about the illegal regime in Niamey, but...
